I have been going to Sentry Tax for years now. I had made an appointment to have my taxes done there as usual. This was the first time I had met Loucas. He informed me about the letter that they had sent out explaining how their prices went up. He took over ownership & actually went over his cost to operate efficiently and at the end of the day I was fine with that. Throughout the entire time we were there, he was knowledgeable and kind. He was also very informative about other things such as future A&B questions we had in other state. Loucas had gained my trust and it was nice to know that I will get the same expertise as we had with Richard & J.
